In compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are obliged to inform you that according to law, you have to present us your personal data. 

Personal data we are required to obtain: first and last name, type and number of your personal identification document, gender, state and address of residence, citizenship and date of birth.

This data is collected for registration of tourists within the information system of Ministry of Tourism and Croatian National Tourist Board – eVisitor (Tourist Tax Law, National Gazette 152/08). Your personal data is collected strictly for statistic processing by the tourist boards and other public authorities. List of authorities that, according to law, can have access to your personal data: Ministry of tourism - Tourist inspection, Ministry of internal affairs and Ministry of finances – Customs authorities. 

Any unauthorized usage and distribution of personal data is strictly prohibited. If, for any reason, you cannot or will not present us your personal data, we are authorized to cancel our accommodation service.
