HOUSE RULES
To make sure that you will have a pleasant stay and to prevent any misunderstanding, please read the house rules in private accommodation. When you confirm a reservation it is implied that you are familiar and agree with them, and that you will fully adhere to them. Violation of house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation, and charging the full amount of the price of the accommodation regardless of the shorter stay.
1) If guests cancel their reservation after payment of the deposit less than a month before the arrival, we retain the full amount of the deposit. If the cancellation occurs more than one month before the arrival we retain 50% of the deposit while the remaining 50% is returned to the guest. This rule applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.
2) Your stay in our suite commences at 2 p.m. of the first day of your stay and it ends at 10 a.m. of the last day. The same day upon arrival you are obliged to give your personal identity documents to the host upon check-in through eVisitor and pay the full amount of your apartment rent. The guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation in the same condition as they found it, tidy and undamaged.
3) If you decide to terminate your reservation earlier than agreed, payment must be made for the whole period you have reserved.
4) The owners are available to the guests during their stay for any information and assistance they may need.
5) Thorough cleaning of the suites is done by the host of the suites after every shift of the guests. The linen is changed after every shift of the guests and every 3 to 5 days during the stay of the guests, while towels and mops are changed as needed.
6) The guest is responsible for keeping the accommodation clean and for maintaining it. The owners are not required to clean and tidy up, or to take out the garbage during the whole stay of the clients. During the summer, you are kindly asked to take the garbage from the apartments on daily basis.
7) The owners do not have the right to enter in the rented accommodation during the absence of the guests, except to stop damages or a danger occurring in the accommodation. In this case they have to inform the guests about it as soon as they come back at the accommodation. If the owners have any reason to believe that house rules are violated, the guests have to let them enter in the accommodation in order to check the situation.
8) The guests are kindly asked to take care of the accommodation and its furniture situated inside and outside of it. The guests are not allowed to move the furniture or to transport it to another accommodation, outside or to the beach (the kitchen chairs to the terrace, cutlery to another accommodation unit, towels or blankets to the beach, deck chairs from the swimming …).
9) The use of any equipment or appliance not included in the price of the accommodation is possible only on agreement of the owners.
10) When the guests go out of the accommodation they have the obligation to switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the water. It is forbidden to throw waste in the toilets or in any other place not predicted for this purpose like outside the house or in its vicinity.
11) It is strictly forbidden that any person other that the guests stay inside or outside the accommodation. If any other person that the one declare at the moment of the reservation is present in the accommodation, the owners have the right to cancel the reservation of all the guests. Guests staying in any accommodation that does not belong to the owners to not have the right to enter in their accommodation without their agreement.
12) The host is not responsible for the guest's belongings but will do everything in his power to protect and alert the guest to possible threats.
13) Pets are not allowed within the apartments, and the apartment owner is fully entitled to cancel the accommodation without having to pay cancellation costs.
14) Smoking is allowed in the suites. We ask the smokers not to throw cigarette butts all over the house, garden or outside of it, and to take necessary precautions in the prevention of fire, and for your own safety. The guests are advised to refrain from smoking in closed spaces and are recommended to smoke at the apartment terraces and external joint areas.
15) The guest, who intentionally or accidentally damages the property, will have to reimburse the host for the full amount of the occurred damage. On the day of departure, the guest is obligated to personally invite the host to check all rooms and appliances to make sure no damage was made. Only after this inspection, the guest may leave the accommodation. The guest will be charged through legal channels for all damages which were not reported upon departure.
16) From 23h00 until 7h00 is the time of peace and quiet, during which it is prohibited to make noise and disturb peace of other guests in the house. You are obliged to mannerly behavior both adults and children, for child supervision during their playtime, for draught making and door battering.
17) It is not allowed to bring weapons, forbidden narcotics, or any other dangerous thing to the suites.
