Payment and reservations

Price list of stay for 2 persons is highlighted with each apartment. Highlighted prices on the price list for each apartment will not  increase by the use of additional beds.

When the reservation is made, we require an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total agreed amount and thus performs confirmation of the reservation, while the rest is paid upon arrival the facility. If guests cancel their reservation less than a month before the arrival, we retain the full amount of the deposit. If the cancellation occurs more than one month before the arrival we retain 50% of the deposit while the remaining 50% is returned to the guest. This rule applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.

For children up to 3 years we provide a crib that is not charged separately.

Furthermore, check-in time of arrival is after 14:00 hours (2:00 pm), while the time of departure from the facility (check-out) is at 10:00 am.
